Shipping policy
Where we ship
Proven Therapeutics ships within the United States, Canada, and to most international destinations including the UK, EU, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, and major markets across Asia and the Middle East. International shipping is offered at a flat rate, calculated and shown at checkout.
Processing time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern, Monday through Friday, ship the same business day. Orders placed after that cutoff, on weekends, or on US/Canadian statutory holidays, ship the next business day.

We ship via UPS, FedEx, USPS, and Canada Post depending on destination and service level. Tracking is included on every shipment and emailed to you the moment your label prints.
If your surgery is close
The Proven Recovery protocol begins 5 days before surgery. We strongly recommend ordering at least 10 days before your surgery date to allow for shipping plus a buffer for unexpected carrier delays. If your surgery is sooner and you're worried about timing, email us at ceo@proventherapeutics.com — we can arrange expedited shipping where the carrier supports it.
Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you don't have it, please:
- Check with your household, neighbors, and front desk or mailroom.
- Contact the carrier directly with the tracking number.
- Email us at ceo@proventherapeutics.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date. We will work with you on a replacement.

Sales tax, duties, and customs
Applicable sales tax (U.S. state sales tax, Canadian GST/HST/PST or applicable provincial sales tax) is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and remains the responsibility of the recipient. For orders that cross the US–Canada border, customs duties or brokerage fees levied by the carrier or border agency, where applicable, are calculated and pre-paid at checkout where possible. If duties are billed by the carrier on delivery, they are the responsibility of the recipient.
Promotional shipping discounts
From time to time we may offer promotional shipping discounts — for example, free shipping on orders above a specific subtotal. Active promotions, where applicable, are applied automatically at checkout and shown on your order summary before payment.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not able to redirect a package once it has shipped. If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, we will reach out to arrange reshipment; reshipment costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping delays beyond our control
All transit times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you. We are not liable for shipping delays caused by carrier issues, weather, customs processing, or events outside our reasonable control.
