Refund policy

All sales final.

Because Proven Recovery is a perishable nutritional product designed to be consumed in a specific 5-to-20-day window around your surgery, Proven Therapeutics cannot accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been placed. Every bag is sealed and produced in a GMP-certified facility — once it leaves our warehouse, we have no way to verify storage, temperature, or chain-of-custody, so we cannot resell it. This policy lets us keep our pricing direct and our standards uncompromised.

If your order arrives damaged or defective

Please inspect your order upon reception. If your bag arrives broken, leaking, or with a defective seal, we will replace it at no cost. You must:

  • Email us at ceo@proventherapeutics.com within 14 days of delivery.
  • Include your order number and clear photos of the damage.
  • Keep the original packaging until we confirm the replacement.

If your surgery is cancelled or rescheduled

Sealed, unopened bags are stable for the full shelf life printed on the bag (typically 18–24 months from manufacture). If your surgery is rescheduled, your Proven Recovery is still good for the next one. If your surgery is cancelled entirely, contact us — we'll work with you on a credit toward a future purchase or a transfer to a family member, on a case-by-case basis.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

For clarity, the following are not eligible for return or refund: opened bags, bags showing signs of use or tampering, bags purchased on sale or with a promotional discount unless damaged on arrival, gift cards, and any product purchased through a retailer or distributor other than provenrecovery.com (returns for those orders must be processed by the original retailer).

This isn't a transaction. It's a recovery partnership.

Surgery is one of the most physiologically demanding events a body can go through, and we know that ordering a $250 supplement feels like a leap. That's why our recovery team is available before, during, and after your surgery — not just to answer questions about the protocol, but to coach you through the timing, the dosing, and what to expect day by day.
